1. Custom Orders & Measurements

Due to the customized nature of our bespoke garments, it is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements. We provide detailed guides to assist you. Garments are tailored precisely to the measurements provided at the time of order.

2. Alterations & Returns

As each item is uniquely crafted for you, we cannot accept returns for a refund. However, if a garment does not fit despite accurate measurements being provided, we offer a complimentary alteration service within 14 days of delivery.

3. Production Time & Shipping

Quality takes time. Our standard production time for bespoke orders is 2-3 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Shipping times vary by location. We will provide tracking information once your garment is dispatched.

4. Fabric Representation

While we make every effort to display the colors and textures of our fabrics accurately, computer monitors can vary. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
